Rivers Casino's online casino owner Rush Street Interactive LP will be acquired and taken public by blank check company dMY Technology Group Inc. The transaction values the combined company at an enterprise value ofR$1.78 billion, or 5.6 times Rush Street's projected 2024 revenue ofR$320 million.
